So Gary is going to use his abilities immediately after the Tributes are released for the Cornucopia run, and his consequences are INJURY BY LIGHTNING. He'll be struck, non-fatally, and make it out after the shock (pun totally intended) wears off. HOWEVER, lightning strikes have this interesting property where potentials radiate out through the ground surrounding the strike, and actually tend to do more damage that way; lightning can also branch and such off the original strike, hitting other nearby targets. So if anyone needs to have their characters hurt/killed at the Cornucopia, I'm game!
