Congratulations! Wesker has been chosen to stand as September's District guest speaker in teaching the children of the Tribute Youth Programme. He will be asked to describe his District, what it means to represent them, what work they do and how they help Panem and how the the Capitol and the Games helps out the districts. He will be asked to appeal to the young Tributes by any means so as to broaden their understanding.
