Congratulations! Stephen Reagan has been chosen to stand as July's Capitolite guest speaker in teaching the children of the Tribute Youth Programme. He will be asked to describe his work, life in the Capitol, the glory of Panem, and to appeal to the young Tributes by any means so as to broaden their understanding.
