Congratulations! Emily Finch has been chosen to stand as May's District guest speaker in teaching the children of the Tribute Youth Programme. She will be asked to describe her District and life there, what work they do and how they help Panem and how the the Capitol and the Games helps out the districts. She will be asked to appeal to the young Tributes by any means so as to broaden their understanding.
