It's a mad frenzy with dozens of competitors and a large collection of weapons, and the odds are sadly not in your favor today. You will be mortally wounded in the almost-success of acquiring a bag of supplies. You might die instantly at the Cornucopia, or you may succumb to your injuries sometime during the first week of the Arena.

Fortunately though, you will re-spawn in the Capitol after a minimum 24 hour waiting period. Better luck next time!
