The anthem concludes as the Capitol’s seal reappears and disappears as the music ends.

THE CAPITOL

With the Games starting to come to an end, excitement is running high. Tributes are in high demand for parties.

Also, those paying attention will have noticed a higher level of security.

OOC

For the next issue of Celebrus we are trying something new.

Blind items.

A blind item is a particularly juicy rumor reported without any names attached, but (ususally) phrased in such a way that it is clearly obvious who is being spoken about. Go here and submit anonymous rumors.

They don't need to be true, or about anyone you have CR with, and can be about NPCed characters as well (Cinna, Johanna, etc), though any about government would be censored.

We will try to post all of them, but they'll be maneuvered/manipulated for plot reasons if necessary. This is the first time trying this so some other rules might be manipulated to as we try things.

As mentioned before, we are setting up a wiki. Sarah has been working on it, and as she mentioned in her last OOC post, some health things have kept her slow. But it will have pages for character, arenas, etc, and make it easier to find past information.
