Consolidating Intel

Hey guys, I'm trying to consolidate intel and work out a handwave to have it publicly viewable to Tributes for plotting purposes, so if your character recently had some kinda intel thing, I'd appreciate if you take a look at here. I'm trying to gather up everything that would be publicly available to the characters so players can use it for plots.
