Arena Update.

Week Five

This week in the Arena seems relatively, dare we say it, mundane. Aside from the roombas and now the zamboni reaching peak hostility, there don't appear to be any unusual threats.

Any fallout for the Arena? Basically Alex will be put on stand-by/sedated when he's not being trotted out. Currently he'll be pro-Capitol, but if he was gunning for someone in the Arena, he might still try to make a pass in the Capitol. He'll probably be shut down and hauled away by Peacekeepers for maintenance so it's not likely he'll do much damage.

Just lemme know if you want to play that out.

Aang

Aang is still alive! He just has a healing hole in his chest and has gone deaf in both ears. Oops.

Since Aang is down one sense and weakened, he will be on high alert in a way he hasn't been for the whole rest of the arena. He will be paying complete attention to the vibrations in the ground and weird shifts in the air. While it's not as effective as it would be if he still had his bending, but he will notice if someone tries sneaking up on him, and he will be very jumpy. His first instinct upon being approached will be to face the stranger, get into a battle-ready position, and make sure they're not a threat. This will look hilarious because he's a tiny twelve-year-old, but he has enough strength and skill to shatter a grown man's ribs (and to kill one, too, but he's not going to do that on purpose).

I'd love for him to get into a proper fight. He will be much more on edge, especially if Zuko isn't bought out and he has to see his friend die.

EDITED TO ADD: Zuko is dying. Aang will be blinded by rage afterwards, and he will be looking for a fight, especially a fight with whoever did that to Zuko. He isn't likely to go so far as to kill someone, but if there's a battle while he's in that mood, there will be blood and broken bones.

Tess is on the death roll, does anyone want to be the one to lop her head off? I'm open to all or any ideas on anyone who wants to kill her.

Bruce Banner and Justine

Bruce is watching the Games, knowing that doing so will do nothing but bring him misery while still feeling compelled to do it anyway, like he can somehow help people by watching. He will also be pouring over Panem history books and videos of past arenas. People should distract him from this, because this will not be good for his mental health at all.

Justine is doing physicals! She is also feeling out which Tributes are vulnerable to being manipulated, and she will target them like a fucking sniper. She will lavish them with affection or praise or whatever it is that it takes for them to soften with her. Her ultimate goal is to have enough Tributes loyal to her that any future victims of hers would be shouted down by their peers if they tried speaking up.

I'd love for her to manipulate the fuck out of people! I'd also love for her to deal with people who won't bend to her will! I'd also love to develop her Capitol CR, since she'll say things to Capitolites that she'd never say to Tributes. So come at me!

Susannah's still alive somehow. I'm open to general plotting with her and she's definitely available if people want to die. She's got a pistol, she's good with it, and she'll be looking to mostly target adults she has no alliance with and will mercy-kill just about anyone.

Anna of Arendelle

I will be using up both Kristoff and Hotaru's inital 100 points from entry to the game as well as Rose's remaining 275 points for a total of 475 points towards saving Anna.

800-475 = 325 that someone else will give???

So, by some miracle, Clara's still alive and is going to be making it through this week. There's a chance she'll be hanging out with what's left of The Avengers, but other than that, I'm open to her running into anybody.

At this point she has a death wish so, after Bro thwarts her suicide attempt, she might try to pick fights with people who she knows she would probably be killed by (especially if she finds out that Black Tom and Molotov were responsible for Alex and Dave's deaths). If anyone would like to engage her and either be killed by her dumb luck or let her live for whatever reason, I'd love to make it happen!

Anna

Anna lives another week! This week she'll be hanging out with Thor and Kristoff, trying to get over Elsa and Dave's deaths, and accidentally killing Starkiller! I wanna branch out her CR a bit more too, so I'm open to any suggestions!

So Darcy is experiencing the wonders of the Capitol and trying to adjust to a life where she isn't herding cats Jane and Erik. I'd be up for her to do just about anything, so have at!

Zuko

So I'll be killing Zuko this week! Aang's player and I would really like to do a situation where they're fighting someone close quarters and Zuko gets stabbed or shot without even realizing it because he's on an adrenaline high and they escape only for Zuko to have an "uh oh" and realize he's starting to bleed all over.

So is there anyone that would be willing to try to maim or kill a teenager and twelve year old boy?
