She could get a single bite on like an arm or leg (where Sandy could get away) which would result in death by a high fever and sickness that would take about 24 hours or so to do its work, or she can go right ahead and get into the vitals and cause instant death >_>

Either option could result in subsequent reanimation for Sandy if you choose
