Peacekeepers who would've have tried this altered concoction would have reacted very negatively, thus bring the operation into open view. The power experiments are shut down.

People who have their characters die will lose any powers they were given or they can also fade out over time (depending on how people wish to play it) as will happen to most of the powered Peacekeepers. However, if you wish for your characters (or some Peacekeepers being NPC'd against) to keep their abilities (presuming they don't die), this may be permitted. Just be sure to keep it all within reason.
