Cuthbert is open to all sorts of things but here's a general run down of his thoughts/alliances going into the game.

He will be looking for trolls to team up with, everyone except the Initiate is fair game for him to try and protect and/or join forces with. He will also be looking out for district mates and people he talks to regularly.

He may be out to try and kill the Initiate and Sherlock.

Nothing here is set in stone! These are just preliminary ideas before the arena starts.
