What I've liked especially about your Julie is she's amazed at all the Capitol excess, and there's the little details like her wanting to watch out instinctively for what clothes she wears because zombies. The way she's shell-shocked at aspects of the Capitol because of how different it is from the human settlements back where she comes from. The way you chop up your sentences makes it interesting to read and gives it a lot of character voice - you drive in that she's not some girl that's only defined by her interactions with R and that she's her own character with her own life. You give a lot to work off in your posts, and I've enjoyed how you've surprised me before in posts.
