Both of those work for me! Dualscar wouldn't be above killing him if he found him injured for the sake of it, but he's also probably try to fight Thane whether he wants to or not.

I did see that you had some people interested in injuring him, so if you'd prefer to go in that direction with Dualscar offing him while he's injured I'd be cool with that.
