The Capitol cares about you! Which is why, just two nights after the first unveiling of curfew, tributes and mentors are invited to apply for curfew passes! This information will be passed on through escorts who will be given forms that can be filled out and handed in. Upon Capitol approval of the form, tributes and mentors will be brought in for a brief interview to determine if the tribute or mentor is fit for safe night-roaming in the capitol. Tributes and mentors may apply for a full pass or a one-night-only pass, which will be specified on the form.
